« The Web is a wonderful tool to help us sustain our sales »
We are currently working on a tool that will make our customers’ life easier. It is indeed a daily routine to deal with our customers’ returnable drums and we think that the Internet is an efficient means. This new communication tool, called « Web-Tourets », will be set up for our French customers.
This tool will enable our customers to follow and manage their returnable drums details and facilitate the trip back of the empty drum to the plant.
Web-Tourets will also play a part in the environmental protection as Silec Cable is operating around 90000 drums a year. « Every returnable drum is potentially a recycled drum ».
